Sal’s Minion, one of the best (and strongest) cocktails at Beaker and Flask, and a good friend’s favorite drink. It has dark aged rum, pineapple gomme (whatever that is) and coconut water ice cubes. Judging from the effects of this drink, it’s mostly rum. And the coconut ice cubes are a lot of fun.
