I made Sriracha deviled eggs for a debate party last week. I hard-boiled 7 eggs, let them cool, peeled them and cut them. I put the yolks in a small bowl and mashed them, then added 2 tb mayo, one tb Sriracha, one tsp Dijon mustard, one tb relish, a bunch of finely chopped chives and a handful of chopped cilantro. I mixed well, added salt and pepper, and filled the egg whites, adding some Sriracha on top as decoration. These were not spicy, so feel free to use more Sriracha. Delicious! I’ll make these again for sure. This recipe is adapted from the Garden of Eating blog.
